Project Details & Aims
Coverdale Barclay delivered industry and consumer communications to profile the refurbishment of The Grafton, Cambridge, to reposition the centre amongst consumers, and to attract new occupiers. Owner LGIM Real Assets (L&G) invested £28.5 million into the scheme, which included the introduction of a new dining quarter designed to boost the retail and leisure offer.
Our Work
The team delivered significant quality media coverage for the scheme and its refurbishment programme, locally, regionally and in key industry media titles. We also provided communications support for the launch of the new F&B concept ‘Food Social’, for the extension of the leisure offer, new public realm and hotel, as well as issues management, and the delivery of a successful press and influencer event.
