When complete, the 26-storey 103 Colmore Row will be Birmingham’s tallest office tower. The building, at the very centre of the city’s bustling Business District, is the highest new office building under construction outside London. The Tristan Capital Partners and Sterling Property Ventures’ scheme has an inspiring contemporary design, featuring a quadruple-height winter garden, 18th floor terrace and a double-height sky bar and restaurant plus a ground floor cocktail bar and café.
The building is crammed with the latest innovations, from wide-reaching technology to energy-saving initiatives.
Our Work
Coverdale Barclay has been appointed to handle national and pan-European communications for the Grade A office building. At a time that companies are looking to open in regional cities following the pandemic, Coverdale Barclay is preparing inventive media relations and creative campaigns to highlight the appeal to potential corporate occupiers.
