Real estate investment manager MARK has appointed Coverdale Barclay to deliver strategic communications for Borough. A stone’s throw from London Bridge, Borough Yards is a discerning dining, shopping and cultural destination, situated in restored, historic railway arches. The destination is a new chapter for Southwark and the surrounding area, featuring destination restaurants such as Bancone and Akara, an Everyman cinema, creative spaces, an evolving retail offering and Grade A workspace.
Our work
Working together with MARK and asset manager Savills, Coverdale Barclay will develop and deliver a strategic communications strategy that will raise awareness and tell the story of Borough Yards, putting it on the map as a must-visit cultural, foodie and leisure destination for London to support its commercial leasing and drive footfall to the area. The team will deliver press announcements, media hosting, strategic partnerships and social media content.
