Coverdale Barclay supported Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets (LGIM RA) as part of their £26 million transformation of the Dolphin Centre in Poole, Dorset’s largest covered shopping destination.
Our Work
Coverdale Barclay was appointed to deliver media relations and stakeholder engagement on this 530,000 sq. ft. scheme. Our role also involved project managing new branding and wayfinding, which formed part of the programme to reposition the destination. We also secured impactful media coverage in the Mail on Sunday, Financial Times and Property Week, to support the first multiplex cinema in the town centre and a new 27,000 sq. ft. anchor store.
