The Lexicon Bracknell to open with a four-day celebration following a £240m regeneration

The Lexicon Bracknell, Berkshire’s next generation shopping, dining and leisure destination, opens its doors for the very first time on Thursday 7 September with four days of fun, festivities and freebies. The £240 million town centre, one of the largest urban regeneration schemes recently undertaken in the UK, will bring 580,000 sq. ft. of new shops, restaurants and leisure as well as a new social and cultural heart to the area.

Inspired by its coveted location in the heart of the Berkshire countryside, The Lexicon Bracknell will become an ‘urban forest’ for the duration of the event via a host of entertainment for all ages, including an interactive exhibition for the senses, through which visitors can enjoy ‘forest soundscapes’ and create their own ‘forest symphony’.

Celebrations will continue throughout the weekend as a programme of activities can be enjoyed until Sunday 10 September. Visitors will have the opportunity to shop in the new stores, including Fenwick, H&M, River Island, Superdry and Topshop, and will be amongst the first to experience Bracknell’s transformed evening offer, from dinner at Bill’s, to cocktails at Coffee Barker and sweet treats at Patisserie Valerie.
